ZACHARY GARANIS

Zachary was an amazingly compassionate, kind, gentle soul whose life was lost far too soon.

​

Zachary was born on May 28, 2007.  He lived all his life in Edmonton but loved to travel.  He used to say all he needed was "beaches and buffets".  The list of places Zachary visited would be considered extensive for anyone, never mind someone who was just 13 years old.  Iceland, Greece, London, Maine, Texas, Hawaii, Florida, Mexico, Panama and Dominican Republic just to name a few.

Zachary loved animals of all kinds, spending time with family and friends, baking, playing cards, video games and reading.  He loved being out at the cabin and if not out on the boat or fishing, he was probably taking a nap in the hammock or on the beach.

​

He was adventurous and eager to try any adrenaline inducing activity.  Skiing, snowboarding, climbing, amusement park rides and waterslides.

Zachary touched so many lives in his short time here.  We love him and miss him every second of every day.  So, so much.
